CRISPIN CREATIVES

Landscaping & Countryside Solutions

WHAT TO EXPECT
Crispin Creatives offers a range of services from initial design through to completion of all hard and soft landscaping features. Using regular qualified and experienced sub-contractors we are able to provide the highest standards whilst keeping our cost down. This allows Crispin Creatives to give competitive quotes without compromising the workmanship and materials. We take pride in our work and as a result 95% of our work is generated by ‘word of mouth’.

MINIMAL DISRUPTION

We take great care to minimise any disruption to you and your garden. Forward planning on our part and good communications means that in most cases you will not be inconvenienced. Obviously the nature of some projects and material deliveries may require access to be kept clear at key times. At the end of each working day care is taken to leave the site safe and tidy.

SIMON OAKLEY - WHO I AM

I have live and grown up locally, schooled at Homefield independent.. After leaving school I worked at Robin Hill Landscapes whilst attending Kingston Maurward College to gain a City & Guilds Phase II Adv. in ‘Farm & Estate Management’

Continuing to work for Robin Hill thus gaining hands on experience from the wide range of projects. With skills gained at college I often worked as part of a two man team designated for decking and other timber based projects, including a very large deck in the grounds of Birmingham Midshires HQ at Wolverhampton and Show Decks at Hampton Court & Ebbw Vale.

To further my education I attended Bournemouth College 1992-94 gaining my Nation Diploma in Business & Finance. On completion I returned to my former employer for a further two years. This enabled me to hone my landscaping skills,

I then changed career and moved into Machinery Sales and Demo's from 1998-2000. Although I enjoyed meeting people and getting to see some lovely estates, it was at the end of the day a Sales Job with sales targets as the driving force. Not for me.

My next move was IT support for a large Bank. Although it was then a secure 9-5 job, it wasn’t for me. I would always be dreaming of being outside working with nature. I knew I had the background and skill set to start up my own Landscaping business, so plans for my escape were drawn up.

January 1st 2005 came and ‘Crispin Creatives’ was born. I now run my own small, but successful landscaping business. I am proud of my work and business and put my name to it. I can honestly say that the fulfillment of working with clients from the initial meeting and planning through to the finished dream garden, is a job that would be hard to beat. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

I hope you can see some of the passion I have for landscaping in the photos threaded on this website. I am also passionate about my business and the customer service given to all my clients no matter how large or small the project. This is why I believe that ‘Crispin Creatives’ is thriving with a full order book in these difficult times.
